Andra Enescu

Chief Strategy Officer

Andra Enescu is a capital markets executive and securities lawyer who has spent over a decade guiding companies from early-stage formation through to successful public listings on the TSX, TSX-V, CSE, and NASDAQ. Her practice sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, deal structuring, and regulatory navigation, helping founders and boards unlock growth capital and position for value-maximizing exits.

Andra began her career at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, one of Canada's preeminent Bay Street law firms, where she advised public and private issuers, investment dealers, and institutional investors on M&A transactions, capital markets strategy, and cross-border structuring. Her work spanned finance, fintech, clean energy, infrastructure, and cannabis, building a foundation in complex, multi-jurisdictional deal execution.

Andra has taken on hands-on leadership roles with high-growth ventures across payments, clean technology, and digital assets. As CEO of a Canadian fintech, she led the company from concept through a completed CSE listing application, raising capital, structuring financings, and driving national merchant expansion. She currently serves as Director and Capital Markets Advisor to a clean-tech lending fund raising $30M to finance mid-market solar, electrification, and infrastructure projects across North America, and advises an AI and robotics fund on capital strategy and go-public readiness.

Beyond her transactional work, Andra served on the boards of CSE-listed companies and currently advises early-stage ventures in AI, fintech, and digital identity. She is a member of the Ontario Bar and holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University (Australia), a Double Honours B.A. in English and French from York University, and studied International Law at the London School of Economics.
